PURPOSE: A shock absorption structure, a crash box including the same, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase energy absorption efficiency by reducing collapse load and to reduce production costs by including a simple production process. CONSTITUTION: A shock absorption structure(100) comprises a first surface, a second surface, and a transformation generation surface. Shock is transmitted to the first surface. The second surface is extended in an opposite direction of the first surface and comprises a cross section which is larger than the first surface. The transformation generation surface is supplied between the first surface and the second surface in order to start the transformation in the shock.
