A two uses fluid test chip (1) provides biochemical test and immune test. It includes a base plate (10). A first fluid channel (11) for biochemical test and a second fluid channel (12) for immune test are set on the top face of the base plate. Each of said first fluid channel and said second fluid channel contains a first fluid area (111,121), a second fluid area (112,122) and a third fluid area (113,123) in order. The first fluid area is for fluid injection. The bottom of the second fluid area and the third fluid area has a nitrocellulose layer. Said nitrocellulose layer contains a hollow lattice configuration. The second fluid area is for the fluid transmission, and the third fluid area is for the fluid reacting. The second fluid area's nitrocellulose layer average thickness is not bigger than the third fluid area's. The base plate has a longitudinal axis. The third fluid areas of the first and second fluid channels are set on a same longitudinal axis (14).
