<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illuminating device capable of increasing visibility in a half-light environment while suppressing an action on a living body. <P>SOLUTION: An illumination part has 420 to 460 nm of peak wavelength in a wavelength range from blue-violet to blue, and 510 to 530 nm of peak wavelength in a wavelength range of green. Light emission intensity in a range of 460 to 510 nm is lower than the light emission intensity in at least the aforementioned two wavelength ranges. Thus, the illumination part is capable of emitting white light which has: 2.1 or more of an S/P ratio, which is a ratio of brightness in scotopic vision to brightness in photopic vision; 0.7 or less of a degree of an action on a living body, showing an action of suppressing melatonin secretion per the unit brightness; and color deviation, Duv, within ±20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
