STENCIL PRINTING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce short supply for electric power to properly print with electric power generated by human power.

SOLUTION: An apparatus includes: a drum 32 for rotating around a rotary shaft P1 while pressing against a print medium to print to the print medium; a main motor 31 for generating power by a rotation of a rotary shaft P2; a handle 101 for rotating the rotary shaft P1 and the rotary shaft P2 by a rotation of a rotary shaft P3 with human power; a top-and-bottom adjustment mechanism 9 for adjusting a phase of the drum 32; a speed sensor (a reference position detection sensor and a rotary encoder) for measuring a rotational speed of the drum 32; a load sensor 77 for measuring load torque of the rotary shaft P3 with the handle 101; and an equipment control part 81 for using electric power generated by the main motor 31 to make the top-and-bottom adjustment mechanism 9 adjust the phase of the drum 32 so as to prevent a local maximum point of load torque measured by the load sensor 77 and a local minimum point of the rotational speed detected by the speed sensor from appearing within a predetermined time.
