摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to, when a rotor magnet is fixed to a shaft, obtain sufficient fixing strength, and appropriately position the shaft in an axial direction with respect to a bearing. <P>SOLUTION: A motor 1 includes a rotor 3, a mold casing 6, bearing holders 11a and 11b, bearings 10a and 10b, and a bracket 7. The rotor 3 includes a shaft 8 and a rotor magnet 9. A cylindrical shaft fixing part 34 is fixed to the shaft 8. The bearing holders 11a and 11b have a cylindrical part 48 and a bottom part 500. A length of the shaft fixing part 34 in an axial direction is longer than that of an outer peripheral side cylindrical part 35. As a result, the rotor 3 is firmly fixed to the shaft 8. Also, a distance between the shaft fixing part 34 of the rotor 3 and the bottom part 500 is set longer than that between the rotor magnet 9 and the mold casing 6 in the axial direction.
