OIL-CONTAINING WASTE WATER TREATMENT APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform treatment of oil-containing waste water in small chemical using amount.

SOLUTION: An oil-containing waste water treatment apparatus includes: a flocculation tank 1 for supplying polymer to a water to be treated containing floating particles or the like; a co-precipitating agent storage tank 3 for storing a co-precipitating agent containing magnetic bodies; a precipitation tank 2 for separating primary treated water and co-precipitating slurry from the water to be treated; a co-precipitating cleaning apparatus 4 for separating a co-precipitating agent and floating particles from the co-precipitating slurry using magnet and cleaning; a first returning mechanism for transferring the co-precipitating slurry to the co-precipitating agent storage tank; a second returning mechanism for returning the cleaned co-precipitating agent to the co-precipitating agent storage tank; a filter aid storage tank 12 for supplying a filter aid containing magnetic bodies; a filter raw water tank 8 for buffering the primary treated water; a mixing tank 9 for producing filter aid slurry from the filter aid and the primary treated water; a solid-liquid separation apparatus 10 for filtrating the filter aid slurry and the primary treated water; a second cleaning mechanism for removing the filter aid; a filter aid cleaning tank 13 for separating the filter aid and the floating particles; and a third returning mechanism for returning the filter aid to the filter aid storing tank.
