<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a human sensor capable of suppressing consumption of a battery due to notification of a battery voltage drop. <P>SOLUTION: A human sensor 1 comprises: a human body detection unit 12 for detecting a human body; a radio communication unit 13 for transmitting a radio signal in accordance with an output of the human body detection unit 12; a battery 11 for supplying power to the human body detection unit 12 and the radio communication unit 13; a battery monitoring unit 16 for detecting a battery voltage drop in which a voltage across the battery 11 drops lower than a threshold; and a notification unit 17 which indicates the battery voltage drop by at least one of sound and light only in a period until a predetermined notification time elapses after detection of the human body by the human body detection unit 12 while the battery monitoring unit 16 detects the battery voltage drop. Since the notification of the battery voltage drop is made only in the period until the notification time elapses after the detection of the human body, consumption of the battery due to the notification of the battery voltage drop is suppressed in comparison with a case where the battery voltage drop is continuously indicated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
