<p>The present invention relates to a kitchen knife comprising: an accommodation member, a front surface of which is provided with a lever aperture, comprising therein an accommodation spring and which is formed on a handle of the knife; a lever member having one side of which is inserted into the accommodation member and connected to the accommodation spring, and the other side of which is positioned on the outside of the accommodation member; a roller member which is installed at the end portion of the lever member and comprises a main roller that moves vertically along the inner edge of the accommodation portion; a cover having a lower surface that is provided with an insertion in the lengthwise direction, and having one side surface that extends further in a downward direction so as to be shaft-coupled to the lever member; a protective cover member comprising a protective plate, which is perpendicularly coupled to the lower side of the one side of the cover; and a push member which is formed on the other side of the cover so as to be vertically movable, thereby eliminating the risk of cutting a finger with the knife when preparing food, preventing food from sticking to the knife, and allowing uniform cutting of the food.</p> |
