<p>An ink composition includes a colorant, a co-solvent, and an acid chosen from oleic acid, linoleic acid, undecanoic acid, dodecanoic acid, tridecanoic acid, and combinations thereof. The ink composition further includes lithium and water. An anti-evaporative layer forms, during uncapped non-use, at an interface between air and the ink composition in an orifice of a nozzle, thereby reducing evaporation of the water from the ink composition.</p> |
