The tooth scaler has an analytic device and a data transfer device (1). A brush head (3) is attached with several brush fibers for radiating and receiving acoustic signals. The received signals are reprocessed by the analytic device. The reprocessed signals are transferred by the data transfer device through Bluetooth hosts. The frequencies of the acoustic signals are set in a range between 1 MHz and 2 GHz.
