The assembly has the teeth (2) of a shaft (14) engaged with the teeth (1) of a hub (4) for transmitting the torque, where the shaft and the hub are connected through a shaft-hub connection (5). The straight tooth flanks (12a,12b) are provided in the latter teeth, while the tooth flanks (8a,8b) of the former teeth are rotated through a helix angle (6). A crown (7a,7b) is formed along the tooth flanks of the former teeth. A spatial overlap (10) is the unassembled state of the teeth of the shaft and of the hub, such that a pressure is formed in the assembled state.
