The present invention relates to an information processing method and system and a recording medium. The information processing system according to the present invention comprises: a storage medium for storing identification information of a wireless terminal; a checking unit for checking whether the wireless terminal is located in a vehicle; a conversion unit for converting text information, which indicates the identification information of the wireless terminal as a receiver, into speech information upon receiving the text information if the results from the checking unit indicate that the wireless terminal is located inside a vehicle; and a processing unit for processing the converted speech information to be transmitted to the wireless terminal.
