<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic relay capable of forming an airtight space while suppressing an increase in cost, and reducing eddy current. <P>SOLUTION: A contact block 1 having a movable iron piece 13 for connecting and separating a movable contact 11A to/from a fixed contact 10A, and an electromagnet block 2 for driving the movable iron piece 13 are fixed to a substrate 3, and the contact block 1 comprises: a fixed terminal 10 having the fixed contact 10A; a movable contactor 11 having the movable contact 11A; a cart 12 interfacing with the movable iron piece 13; and a sealed container 16 bonded to the substrate 3 and forming an airtight space. An electromagnet block 2 is arranged outside of the sealed container 16, and comprises: a first fixed iron piece 23 arranged outside of the sealed container 16; and a second fixed iron piece 24 arranged inside of the sealed container 16 so as to oppose to the movable iron piece 13. A thin walled part 16B having a smaller thickness dimension than that of other part of the sealed container 16 is provided as a high resistance part, on a path flowing the eddy current in the sealed container 16. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
