<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermally-conductive sheet with a high thermal conductivity value; and to provide a production method thereof. <P>SOLUTION: This thermally-conductive sheet is obtained by crosslinking a sheet under heat and pressure, wherein the sheet comprises a composition in which 450-750 pts.mass graphite with 15-600 μm average particle diameter is blended to 100 pts.mass acrylic rubber essentially comprising alkyl acrylate having a 2-4C alkyl group and/or alkoxyalkyl acrylate having a 2-4C alkoxyalkyl group. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
