<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solution that allows simple adjustment of the length of any type of watch band, in particular rubber watch bands. <P>SOLUTION: A link for a wristwatch comprises a lower wing 42 and an upper wing 43, wherein the length of the upper wing is different from the length of the lower wing, and a central core 41 connecting both the wings.
