<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle seat device, capable of smoothly removing a blowing device by releasing the fixed state of the blowing device with a seat pad being installed. <P>SOLUTION: In the vehicle seat device 1, a bracket 7 is attached to a seat wire 33 at a plurality of spots. In a first spot among the plurality of spots, the outer peripheral surface of the seat wire 33 is entirely surrounded and held by a bracket 7 and a fixing member 8. In a second spot except the first spot among the plurality of spots, the outer peripheral surface of the seat wire 33 is surrounded and held by the bracket 7 except a surface portion located in one direction intersecting with its axis.
