<p>The invention relates to a method of manufacturing a powder of the Cu2ZnSnSzSe4-z compound where 0 < z < 3, the method comprising a step of grinding a mixture containing: . - the Cu, Sn, S, and Se chemical elements in elementary form; . - a ZnSe precursor. The mixture contains Cu, Zn, Sn, S and Se according to the stoichiometric proportions in which these elements are found in the Cu2ZnSnSzSe4-z compound. The invention also relates to the use of said method in forming a thin layer, in particular for use in the composition of a photovoltaic cell.</p> |
