A fire extinguishing cover (1) and a fire-fighting sprinkler (3) are fixedly arranged. The fire extinguishing cover (1) and a fire extinguishing device are arranged at the cargo position from top to bottom. When the fire extinguishing cover (1) is enclosed, a lower exhaust oxygen elimination system is started to perform an exhaust and purification process for subsequent discharge. The present invention provides a fire-fighting device and a technology for implementing targeted fire fighting and fire extinguishing capable of being widely applied in a variety of warehouse-in-warehouse construction.
