The catheter (1) has a lumen that is extended from distal end to proximal end of inner pipe element (3). The outer pipe element (2) and inner pipe element are arranged coaxially with respect to each other. The distal opening is provided in deformable distal portion (6) which is extended from primary plane to secondary plane. The distal ends of the outer and inner pipe elements are connected. The inner and outer pipe elements are axially displaced with respect to each other.
