PURPOSE: A tool cleaning device of an automatic tool change device is provided to prevent a tool from being contaminated in a waiting state after cleaning by performing a cleaning work in the waiting state before the tool is mounted on a principle axis or a spindle. CONSTITUTION: A tool cleaning device of an automatic tool change device comprises a plurality of tools(100), a main body(200), a cleaning unit(300), and a driving unit(400). The main body is arranged in order to correspond to a position of the tool waiting to move to a tool change position. The cleaning unit is connected to the main body and is separated from the tool. The cleaning unit is formed as a shape corresponding to a shank unit of the tool and is supplied to clean the shank unit.
