<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clean a supply device and to reduce a decrease in availability accompanying the cleaning by supplying an object to be measured which has high adhesiveness and can removing the sticking even when sticking on the supply device. <P>SOLUTION: When it is determined that the supply amount of objects to be measured from a supply feeder 4 to a dispersion feeder 8 is insufficient, the supply feeder 4 is driven for a longer driving time with higher vibration strength than usual. If it is determined that the supply amount of the objects to be measured is still insufficient, the supply feeder is driven with maximum vibration strength so as to remove the state of sticking of objects to be measured on the supply device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
