The present invention provides a compound for an organic optoelectronic device, expressed by chemical formula ad-1, and may enable the manufacture of an organic light-emitting element having superior electrochemical and thermal stability, excellent lifespan characteristics, and superior light-emitting efficiency even at a low driving voltage.
