PURPOSE: A bio LED lamp and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to perform an antibacterial function and purify indoor air by using heat from the inner device of the LED lamp. CONSTITUTION: Powdered materials are made by mixing SiO2 of 45% with Al2O3, Fe2O3, CaO, TiO2, MgO, MnO, Na2O, K2O, ZnO, and P2O5 of 5%(S1). Tita solutions of 5% are added to powered materials(S3). TCB(Tita Ceramic Bio) is made by processing the powdered materials(S5). Coating materials are made by mixing the tita ceramic bio with aqueous epoxy(S7). The coating materials are coated on the front surface of the LED lamp(S9). |
