PURPOSE: An LED stand including a UPS unit is provided to minimize the occurrence of a situation that a stand can be used in an emergent case by maintaining a full-charged state of a battery. CONSTITUTION: A charging unit(220) is controlled by a controller(60) to generate charging power of a proper wave form for a kind of a battery(210). A full-charged sensing unit(230) transmits a signal to the controller by sensing a charging state of the battery. A power failure sensing unit(240) senses power failure according to an on-off state of an interrupter switch(120). A discharge switch(250) is connected with an output line of the battery. A power failure notifying unit(260) is lit when the battery is discharged in an on state of the switch. An overdischarge preventing unit(270) prevents the discharge of the battery.
