FIELD: measurement equipment.SUBSTANCE: in the load measurement device there is a casing with a membrane filled with a working medium, a stiff support fixed on the casing, two electromagnets, the first of which is fixed on the membrane, and the second one is fixed oppositely to the first one on the support, a bent elastic element, with one end fixed on the support, a sensor of deformation of an elastic element and a feeler fixed on the elastic element and designed for interaction with electromagnets. At the same time a bellows with closed ends, being with one end fixed on the support, and with the second end hingedly connected to the second end of the elastic element as capable of rotation and axial displacement of the elastic element relative to the axis of the bellows. In the bellows casing there is a hole, at the same time it is equipped with a valve to control speed of working medium overflow via the hole in the bellows. Balancing of zero position, detection and correction of device sensitivity is carried out without withdrawal of the device from the measurement place.EFFECT: device increased durability and reliability of device operation due to reduced dynamic effects under measurements.2 cl, 1 dwg |
