PURPOSE: An electro-pneumatic converter with low hysteriesis properties is provided to enable to control at high precision due to the low hysteriesis properties. CONSTITUTION: An electro-pneumatic converter(10) comprises a first stator(110), a second stator(120), and a rotator(130). The second stator is formed into a bent plate shape. The first stator includes a first stator gap(112) and a coil(114) wound in a part of the first stator. The second stator includes a second stator gap in one end and a permanent magnet(124) magnetizing the rotator in the other end. The first and second gaps are arranged in a row. The permanent magnet is arranged to be closely adhered to one end of the rotator. The other end of the rotator is stretched through the first and second stator gaps. The rotator is moved according to a current applied to the coil inside the first and second stator gaps.
