<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring apparatus that can attempt the further miniaturization of the apparatus, and to provide a measuring method, a program and a recording medium. <P>SOLUTION: The measuring apparatus includes: a light source section that emits measuring light having at least one wavelength for measuring a biogenic substance contained in the inside of a living body; a detector that detects the measuring light emitted from the inside of the living body; a measurement part that is disposed to at least either one of between the light source section and the living body or between the living body and the detector, and that has a polarization controller that controls the polarization direction of the measuring light; and an analysis unit that calculates an optical rotation by using the measurement result by the measurement part based on the change of the polarization condition of the measuring light, and analyzes the concentration of the biogenic substance based on the calculated optical rotation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
