<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery that offers excellent reliability even when charged or discharged at a high voltage. <P>SOLUTION: A nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery 13 disclosed in the present application includes a positive electrode 1 and a negative electrode 2 capable of reversibly absorbing and desorbing lithium, a resin layer disposed between the positive electrode 1 and the negative electrode 2, a battery case accommodating the positive electrode 1, the negative electrode 2, and the resin layer, a nonaqueous electrolytic solution filling the battery case, and an insulating layer 1c disposed between the positive electrode and the resin layer, containing aluminum fluoride as a main component, and having a thickness of 100 nm or smaller. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
