摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a nonaqueous electrolytic solution secondary battery having good battery characteristics by reducing the heat damage to a positive electrode at the time of baking, and a nonaqueous electrolytic solution secondary battery manufactured by the method. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a nonaqueous electrolytic solution secondary battery with an inorganic solid electrolyte covering a positive electrode active material surface comprises: a preliminary baking step for preliminarily baking a precursor of the inorganic solid electrolyte at a temperature below the glass transition temperature of the inorganic solid electrolyte; a covering step for covering the surface of the positive electrode active material with the inorganic solid electrolyte precursor subjected to the preliminary baking; and a regular baking step for regularly baking the positive electrode active material at a temperature of the glass transition temperature or higher after the covering step. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
