<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preventing discoloration in a powdery food containing wheat and tomato powder. <P>SOLUTION: The method for preventing discoloration of a powdery food containing wheat and tomato powder includes using low moisture wheat with a lower amount of moisture content than that of regular wheat.
