<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting device and a lighting fixture with improved reliability of caulking with the use of a resin material. <P>SOLUTION: The device is provided with an outer shell 10 formed in the shape of a box having a space 14 inside, equipped with an opening of a lens holder 12 for exposing the space 14 outside and a lens 13 for covering the opening, with a peripheral edge of the opening sealed with the resin material 16, and with ventholes 112 for communicating the space 14 with the outside formed on the underside of a base plate 11a, a light source 20 housed in the space 14, a lid body 30 fitted at the underside of the base plate 11a so as to cover the ventholes 112, and spanner screws 40 for mounting the outer shell 10 on a lighting fixture body 200 with a mounting face in state pressed to the top face of a bottom part 201 of the fixture body 200. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
