<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a recycling plastic identification device capable of identifying a material of a plastic piece without depending on color of the plastic piece, and obtain a separator, an identification method and a manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: A recycling plastic identification device using a Raman scattering spectroscopy comprises: a color determination part for determining color of a plastic piece to be identified; a Raman scattering spectrum measuring part for measuring a Raman scattering spectrum by exposing the plastic piece to a laser beam; a storage part for preliminarily storing a standard Raman scattering spectrum, with respect to already-known resin color and resin type of plastic; and a resin type identification part for identifying the resin type of the plastic piece by selecting the Raman scattering spectrum stored in the storage part, in response to the color of the plastic piece determined by the color determination part and also by comparing the selected Raman scattering spectrum with the Raman scattering spectrum measured by the Raman scattering spectrum measuring part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
