MANUFACTURING METHOD OF CARRIER FOR ELECTROSTATIC DEVELOPMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a carrier for electrostatic development capable of suppressing the occurrence of secondary particles of resin fine particles.

SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a carrier for electrostatic development comprising a magnetic material particle covered with a resin layer includes: a step (1) of mixing the magnetic material particles and resin fine particles using a first device to obtain a first mixture; and a step (2) of applying a mechanical impact force to the first mixture obtained in the step (1) using a second device. The first device is a mixer including a vertical cylindrical processing tank having stirring blades, or a mixer including a spherical processing tank having stirring blades.
