<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin solid electrolytic capacitor, having an excellent degree of freedom of component arrangement, and having an excellent transient response corresponding to a high-speed operation. <P>SOLUTION: A recess 3 is formed from a copper layer 12 side of a composite metal plate 1 on which the copper layer 12 is formed on a metal plate surface 11 composed of a valve metal, and on an inner surface of the recess 3 where the valve metal is exposed, a metal enlarged surface layer 5 including a metal portion formed by metal deposition and having an oxide film, a solid electrolyte layer, and a negative electrode terminal part are sequentially formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
