<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an FPCB inspection device capable of selectively inspecting the presence or absence of abnormalities in roll type and sheet type FPCB circuit patterns. <P>SOLUTION: The FPCB inspection device includes: an inspection table which is installed on a work table to move longitudinally with both side guides, and on which a sheet type FPCB arrives safely; a feeding roller which is installed on one side of the inspection table and on which a roll type FPCB is mounted; a winding roller which is installed on the other side of the inspection table, and takes up the roll type FPCB drawn out and moved laterally by the feeding roller; a camera for inspection which is installed between the feeding roller and winding roller and installed above the inspection table, and selectively performs electric performance inspection on the roll type FPCB passing between the feeding roller and winding roller while moved laterally and longitudinally by a lateral adjustment table and a longitudinal adjustment table installed on the work bench or the sheet type FPCB arriving safely on the inspection table; and a controller controlling operations of the inspection table, feeding roller, winding roller, and camera for inspection. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
