<p>The present invention is provided with: a steering motor (2) that outputs steering torque for steering a steered wheel; a steering motor angle sensor (16) that detects the rotational angle of the steering motor (2); a steering motor drive current supply unit that supplies to the steering motor (2) a steering motor drive current that is for causing the steering angle of the steered wheel to be an angle that is in accordance with the operation of a steering wheel; a set rotational angle recording unit that records ahead of time a set rotational angle, which is a rotational angle for the steering motor (2), corresponding to a set steering angle, which is set to an angle that is smaller than the steering angle that is the limit to which the steered wheel can be steered; and a current supply quantity restricting unit that restricts the amount of supply of steering motor drive current in a manner so that the rotational angle detected by the steering motor angle sensor (16) does not exceed the set rotational angle recorded ahead of time in the set rotational angle recording unit.</p> |
