The method comprises: first, a base station configuring at least one physical uplink control channel format for a user equipment; then, the base station sending to the user equipment downlink control information of a physical downlink control channel; and finally, the base station activating or releasing, by means of bit information configured in the downlink control information of the physical downlink control channel, the at least one physical uplink control channel format used for the user equipment to feed back channel status information. |
