ROBUST HEADER COMPRESSION FEEDBACK MANAGEMENT METHOD AND DEVICE, AND DECOMPRESSOR

A robust header compression feedback management method and device, and a decompressor. The working mode of the decompressor is a bidirectional mode. When piggyback feedback or underlying link timing feedback is used, the method includes: a priority marking step, a decompressor marking the priority of a newly generated feedback packet, the priority including type priority, wherein the type priority of the STATIC_NACK feedback packet is highest, then the type priority of the NACK feedback packet, and at last the type priority of the ACK feedback packet; a mark-to-be-sent step, the decompressor marking the feedback packet with the highest priority in the feedback packets to be sent currently as a feedback packet that can be sent out; and a feedback packet sending step, the decompressor sending all feedback packets that can be sent out. The method, device and decompressor can improve the compression efficiency in a bidirectional mode.
