The method involves fixing a fiber semi-finished product (2) at specific location of molding tools (3a-3c) by applying polymeric matrix material. The fiber semi-finished product is fixed at a support (7). The fiber semi-finished product is charged using a load contact (5) with positive charge carriers. The tool embedded electrode (6) is charged with negative charge carriers. An electrical insulation (8) is provided between the support for the fiber semi-finished product and the electrode. An independent claim is included for a device for preparation of molded unit.
