<p>PURPOSE: A solar cell and a method for fabricating the same are provided to improve band gap energy alignment by controlling the concentration of impurity in a cadmium oxide layer. CONSTITUTION: A back electrode layer is arranged on a support substrate. A light absorption layer(300) is arranged on the back electrode layer. A cadmium oxide layer(400) is arranged on the light absorption layer. The cadmium oxide layer is formed by impurity doping. A front electrode layer(600) is arranged on the cadmium oxide layer.</p> |
