<p>PURPOSE: A solar cell and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to prevent the growth of grains including a light absorption layer and the generation of voids. CONSTITUTION: A back electrode layer(200) is formed on a support substrate. A light absorption layer(300) is formed on the back electrode layer. A buffer layer(400) is formed on the light absorption layer. A front electrode layer is formed on the buffer layer. Elements are vaporized by a first and a second evaporation process.</p> |
