PURPOSE: A device for injecting melted resin for an injection mold is provided to prevent a crack from generating due to high pressure shooting of a nozzle by maintaining a predetermined pressure for a product when injecting melted resin. CONSTITUTION: A device for injecting melted resin for an injection mold comprises a resin inlet(10), a locator(20), a buffer member(30), and a nozzle unit(40). The locator includes a second guide unit(22) and a heating wire(24). The heating wire is installed to be wound in the outside, and heats the resin flowing through a runner(21) while maintaining a high temperature state. The buffer member absorbs shocks when a piston vertically moves and connects to a frame. The nozzle unit includes a heating wire(44) to heat the melted resin for maintaining the high temperature state. |
