FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: set of invention relates to centrifuge with screw conveyor for separation of material into light and heavy fractions. Proposed centrifuge comprises rotary elongated drum with separation chamber with cylindrical wall, and screw conveyor. Screw conveyor is arranged inside separation chamber coaxially with aforesaid drum. Screw conveyor comprises hub with lengthwise steel tubular part and steel screw secured to the latter. Additionally, said hub includes internal lengthwise case arranged coaxially with said lengthwise steel tubular part through, at least, the part of the latter. Internal lengthwise case is made from first material with specific stiffness exceeding that of steel of lengthwise tubular part.EFFECT: no contact between screw and drum cylindrical wall, ruled out wear of screw and drum wall.11 cl, 3 dwg |
