FIELD: food industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to filtering facilities, namely, to devices for filtering milk, and it contains vertical cylindrical housing with inlet branch pipe in side cylindrical surface whose lower end face is made in form of disk with hole under which outlet branch pipe is arranged, and upper end face is closed by cover and it is also provided with inner filtering element and is furnished with fixing adapter for holding filtering element in housing, and removing adapter to replace filtering element. Fixing adapter in housing is made in form of first bushing installed for seat fastening one end of filtering element on bushing, and removing adapter is made in form of second bushing secured in center of inner surface of cover for seat fastening of second end of filtering element. Filtering element is made in form of tubular cartridge of load-handling polymeric material, for instance, food-handling polypropylene with size of pores forming radial confuser channels decreasing in radial direction from periphery to center. Invention provides high efficiency of filtering, is convenient in servicing, can be easily and quickly assembled and disassembled and reliably mounted into different systems of milk filtering, including into system of milk cleaning at milk farms in process of cow milking.EFFECT: improved efficiency of filtering.9 dwg |
