PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat radiation structure of a lighting device capable of positively radiating heat from a heat generation body, and a lighting device.

SOLUTION: The heat radiation structure of a lighting device using light-emitting elements includes a hollow heat sink arranged on a central section of a heat generation body including the light-emitting elements arranged in a ring shape and extended in a center axis direction of the light-emitting elements arranged in the ring shape, and a hollow inner heat sink arranged inside the heat sink. Distances from an inner peripheral surface of the heat sink passing through the center of the heat sink to an outer peripheral surface of the inner heat sink are unequal.
