<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve environment resistance of a terminal which is combined with a module for input/output of electric power or a signal by preventing the terminal from bathing water. <P>SOLUTION: A terminal board 10 is combined with a plurality of switching modules 5X and the like formed by resin-molding a circuit including a switching element as a semiconductor element, respectively, to constitute a power converter 11 as a semiconductor device. In the terminal board 10, a wiring terminal 58 which connects the plurality of switching modules 5X and the like with each other and connects the switching modules 5X and the like to other components is formed by insert-molding with resin material, and one surface includes a plurality of housing recesses 100 for inserting and housing separately the plurality of switching modules 5X and the like. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
