<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reliability monitoring device and a reliability monitoring method of a continuous hot-dip galvanizing line capable of monitoring the reliability of a measured value by a coating weight gauge or an alloying degree gauge without changing the constitution of the coating weight gauge. <P>SOLUTION: In a continuous hot-dip galvanizing apparatus for manufacturing continuously a galvanized steel sheet, when a pure galvanized steel sheet is manufactured to the same steel strip, a zinc coating weight is measured by a coating weight gauge for measuring the coating weight by using a fluorescent X-ray measured value of zinc adhering to the steel strip after being dipped into a molten zinc bath, and further, when a hot-dip galvannealed steel sheet is manufactured, an alloying degree and a coating weight are measured by an alloying degree gauge for determining the alloying degree and the coating weight by using an X-ray diffraction pattern of iron contained in an alloy layer formed on the steel strip after being dipped into the molten zinc bath and alloyed, and the reliability of a measured value by the coating weight gauge or the alloying degree gauge is monitored based on a deviation between the coating weight measured by the coating weight gauge and the coating weight measured by the alloying degree gauge. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
