<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide automation of work of inserting a gear mounted with a roller bearing into a shaft of a body of a travel motor, in assembling of the hydraulic travel motor. <P>SOLUTION: In a work palette 11, a mounting rack 12 is installed for installing a first sun gear 29 and a roller 30 of the roller bearing at predetermined positions. A loading body 15 has a function of integrally holding the first sun gear 29 and the roller 30 and loading them to a hydraulic drive reduction gear. The loading body 15 includes a chuck means 16 for internally griping the first sun gear 29 and the roller 30, and a spindle part 17 mounted with the chuck means 16. The chuck means 16 internally grips the roller 30 loaded in an inner circumferential surface 31 of the first sun gear. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
