<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot forging deep-hole processing method capable of molding a deep hole with a multi-purpose press machine, and of improving productivity in response to simplification of the work method. <P>SOLUTION: In the hot forging deep-hole processing method, a punch 7 mounted on a bolster 1, a pressing die 8 connected with a knock-out pin 4 of an air cylinder 11, and a guide 9 of the pressing die 8 are mounted on the coaxial line of the press machine. A shaft support die 6 is mounted on a main slide 2. The mounted shaft support die 6 sandwiches a heated workpiece 5 installed into the pressing die 8 under an operation of the main slide 2, and descends while restraining the workpiece in order to push and penetrate a punch 7 equipped with the bolster 1. When the shaft support die 6 ascends after descending at a designated position, the pressing die 8 operating together with a die cushion cylinder 11 simultaneously ascends, the punch 7 pressed into the workpiece 5 is pulled out, and processing of a deep hole is completed with an operation of a press mechanism. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
