A method for manufacturing a thermo formed poly(biphenyl ether sulfone) foam article which comprises following three steps : Step 1. preparing a poly(biphenyl ether sulfone) foamable composition [composition (FP)], foaming the composition (FP) to yield a foamed poly(biphenyl ether sulfone) material [foam (P) material], and Step 2. molding said foam (P) material under the effect of heat and pressure to provide a thermoformed foamed article. Step 3. molding said foam (P) material under the effect of heat and pressure to provide a thermoformed foamed article.
